Kisutu Judge Child's Court dismissed the case opened by Hamisa Mobeto's Chief Justice on behalf of Judge Naseb Abdull 'Diamond Platnum' on child care.
The decision has been made today before the judge, Devotha Kisoka after hearing the two-party argument, including Diamond who submitted the objection against the case opened by Mobeto.
In his decision, Judge Kisoka said he agrees with the argument on the part of the complainant that there was a shortage in the opening of the case.
According to the objection presented by Diamond the court there, he claimed that the case was opened by using the wrong passage.
However, the argument was violated by the Mobeto through its panel of lawyers.
Mobeto opened the case in court there, as well as other things he requested the court ordering Diamond to provide for the care of the baby's baby.
Mobeto asked the court to order Diamond to provide the monthly child care of Shsm 5 where he opened the case with his lawyers Abdullah Lyana and Walter Godluck from the Century Attorneys company.
Also referring to the document of the claim, Mobeto asks Diamond to apologize for causing the disadvantage to his family.
In this case, Diamond through its lawyers submitted a refusal response document against the application of Mobeto claiming the costs that would be paid on Shs. 5m for child care is too large to sustain.
